Het romantisch misverstand - Jan Drost

Eindelijk, een boek waar ik al een tijd op heb gewacht. Het romantisch misverstand van filosoof Jan Drost voorheen mijn leraar Filosofie aan de Hogeschool van Amsterdam die prachtig les kan geven en waar je echt van kan genieten, tenminste ik genoot met volle teugen. In het boek wil Jan Drost aan de hand van verschillende filosofen zoals Plato, Schopenhauer, Nietzsche, Stendhal ons laten zien hoe ideeën over liefde en romantiek van alle kanten ons hoofd binnen waaien en daar doorwerken, ten goede en ten kwade. Romantische idealen, macht, jaloezie, seks, vreemdgaan, trouw – het komt allemaal aan de orde in Het romantisch misverstand anders denken over liefde.
